RETURNS & REFUNDS
- I received an incorrect or defective item, what do I do? At DreamCart we work hard to mark sure the order process is problem free, but sometimes mistakes happen. Please email our support team at DreamCart16@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your and let us know your problem, we will make sure your issues are resolved. Please include your order # along with an explanation of your issue. We will replace any defective merchandise free of charge.
- What if I need to make a return? We have a 30 day return policy for items on DreamCart Items must be returned in their original/unused condition, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on used items. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the unused item is returned, we will inspect the item's condition and issue a refund minus original shipping costs. We do not accept returns on our discounted products.
- I made a mistake and need to cancel or change my order, what do I do? If you would like to cancel or change your order, please email our support team within 24 hours at DreamCart16@gmail.com. We cannot modify or cancel orders once your item has been processed and shipped and we will refer you to our Return Policy in that situation.
